The host was so friendly, and the location is excellent. The place was clean and tidy too. I’d happily recommend it, 5/5 stars.

We ended up leaving and finding another place after the hot water failed again. We’d already lost most of the morning waiting for it to be fixed, and when we got back in the late afternoon there still wasn’t any hot water. Someone came after we contacted the host, but they didn’t come to fix the water. As we left, the host didn’t even apologize. The trouble started when we arrived late in the evening and discovered there was no hot water. After some back and forth with the host, we got no reply until the next morning, so we couldn’t take a hot shower. Three people spent about an hour going back and forth in the accommodation to “fix” it. We could finally shower, but there was barely an apology and no compensation of any kind. The service was terrible, and basic comfort was missing. Based on Booking.com reviews, we weren’t the first guests to have this problem. It seems to be a recurring issue they aren’t fixing, perhaps because they don’t care about their customers. Avoid at all cost.

The woman who welcomed us was really helpful. The hot water kept going on and off, though. The apartment’s layout works well for two couples, and while the cooking facilities are basic, the location is great for a weekend.

We had two kids with us, and the kitchen was basic, but the place itself was fantastic. The ceilings are wonderfully high, the design is modern, and the area is nice. The host was kind and communicative.
