The parking garage was very close, and the location is good. Still, our arrival felt less pleasant than we'd expected, and the receptionist seemed reserved rather than welcoming. We chose this hotel specifically for a suite advertised with a “city view.” Ours was on the 1st floor, quite dark, and looked mostly onto neighboring buildings. Calling that a city view felt misleading. If we'd known, we'd likely have picked somewhere else. It gave us the impression that guests booking through platforms like Booking.com might be assigned less attractive rooms. We can't verify that, but that's honestly how it felt. The hotel has potential, but the room descriptions should be clearer so guests know what to expect.

Asma was especially kind, and her lovely birthday gesture made the stay memorable. The staff were polite and attentive throughout, with a real sense of hospitality and professionalism. Our room was modern, fresh, and well equipped. The hotel is right in the historic city center, with all the major sights a short walk away. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone after an elegant place in a central location.

A new, clean, efficient hotel in a central and walkable location, with friendly staff. For the price, this was a solid stay and good value, and I'd consider coming back. A few small things could be better. We checked in as two guests but got only a small number of towels, and there weren't enough bathroom hooks or hangers for used ones. One complimentary bottle of water from the front desk had an unusual smell. Before arriving, I needed to correct a reservation error. I couldn't work with the hotel directly and had to go through the owner's centralized reservation support by email. The back-and-forth caused more errors, and the front desk couldn't change the booking. These weren't major issues given the price, but they were inconvenient.

I spent four days here and am really glad I picked this hotel in Porto. The rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was really good, and the staff were always incredibly friendly. If I come back to Porto, I know where I'll book. 10/10.
