The house has a lovely, cozy, almost fairy-tale feel. There are three separate beds in one room and a double bed in the other, with one bathroom inside and another outside. The living room and kitchen share one space, which was great for spending time with everyone. The setting is surrounded by nature, with a river running by, so it's perfect for a nature getaway ❤️❤️. Sr. Julio was very kind and took wonderful care of us. The service was definitely 10/10.

I loved this unusual old water mill. It feels like a perfect spot to get away from civilization while still being close to it.

A lovely place in a beautiful park, really nice and amazing.

The last restoration was in 1992, and the existing architectural features were all left intact. On the south facade, you can see marks carved into the stones: crosses showing the river's flood levels, as well as a stone marker dated 1863 with a cross, set into the wall. It's considered one of the best-preserved watermills on the Rio Neiva, retaining its original architecture. The mill is expected to have a vertical wheel like the original, which will be installed to make use of alternative energy.
