We came across this guesthouse while doing the Camino, and it was a lifesaver. The hostel/budget hotel is very clean, the shared spaces are tidy and stocked with the basics, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can hear the sea nearby. Our room did get a little too hot, and a concert went on until 1:30 in the morning, which disrupted our recovery. Even so, we'd love to stay here again when we visit Esposende.

After walking 33 km from Vila Cha in rain and headwind, we arrived tired, and the warm welcome here really helped. The owners suggested a good place for dinner, and it turned out to be really good. The house and our room were very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The river view is amazing. I'd recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The room had a big balcony, and the host was nice. The interior is beautiful, with lots of care put into the decor. Even the soap and shampoo came in lovely little glass bottles.

The woman running the place is pleasant and stamped my Camino passport right away. The shared kitchen and lounge are clean and quirky, and you can buy real Camino shells there with the Guest House logo to attach to your rucksack. We didn't explore the area much, though there are a few restaurants nearby. The rooms are just right for what pilgrims need, and the location is excellent, right beside a yellow Camino arrow. I recommend it, and would stay again if I come back to this route. Thank you.
