Graça Hotel

We were so happy we stayed here. The grounds are beautiful, and the birdsong was lovely throughout our visit. Views of Evora from the second and third floors are a real bonus, and guests on lower levels can also see them from the veranda. There’s a short drive to free parking in Evora. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was lovely, with eggs, cheese, ham, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice, and great coffee. The hotel is great value. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a bit dated, while the bathroom has been updated. The AC worked fine. We didn’t swim because it wasn’t warm enough that day, but the pool looked well maintained.

We paid 80€ for the room in August, which seemed reasonable. The hotel is small and a little outside Évora’s center. It isn’t new, but it’s well maintained. Our room was fine and had air conditioning, a plus in the Alentejo summer. Breakfast was a standard, decent buffet. The pool was nice, with a good section for kids. It uses seawater, which felt a bit strange at first but was nice. We chose the hotel partly because of the bouncing castle shown in the pictures. It was there, but deflated, which was a small disappointment for our young daughter. Overall, it’s a good hotel.

It’s a quiet, local three-star hotel, and the staff were very nice and friendly, as is usual in this part of the country. The birds chirp in the morning. Everything was very good for the hotel’s standards. There’s a pool and even an electric car charger powered by solar energy. You can only get breakfast here, so try the local food for other meals. There’s plenty to choose from and it’s worth it. I’ll probably stay again next time.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are made from aloe Vera. It’s a clean hotel with very friendly staff and a good breakfast, including whole grain bread. The parking lot is enormous. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked like a nice spot to relax.
