The restaurant food was delicious, and there was plenty of parking. The rest of the hotel facilities were nice too, and the location is about a mile from Evora city centre. Front desk associates were friendly and helpful, though the testy staff weren't as pleasant. I was surprised that I needed a reservation to eat in the restaurant when it was empty, especially as I'd just arrived that night as a hotel guest. I'm a long-time Gold member and tend to stay at Hilton properties when I travel, so this was a real disappointment, very much in line with Hilton lately. I used to think the bad beds across properties were a US thing, but it seems worldwide. The bed here wasn't comfortable. The room was tiny even though it was their “biggest suite,” with hardly any plugs or room for luggage. The bathroom was also tiny and uncomfortable to move around in.

Fabio went out of his way to make our stay memorable, thank you! The rooms are spacious and large, with plenty of room for a couple and two suitcases. Breakfast was great too, with a huge spread.

The octopus was amazing, and the staff were great. Thanks, Hilton Gold, for the included breakfast. We were first in room 406, which had an engine noise in the background and no liquid soap, so I'd avoid that room. The upgrade to room 410 was better. Please fix those issues.

Amazing service, comfy beds, and a rooftop pool, bar and gym. The hotel feels beautiful and new, with free parking and an amazing continental breakfast. It's a five-minute walk to the walled city of Évora and all the sights.

The rooftop pool looks out over the western part of the city and has a beautiful sunset view. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, within easy walking distance of the cathedrals, Roman temple ruins and the Chapel of Bones.
