Avoid this place. We booked accommodation in Evora for last night through Airbnb and paid through Airbnb, but never got the access codes to enter our rooms. We had to complete the very tedious online check-in twice because it wasn’t updating properly. The hosts, first Rosanna and then Sonia, stopped replying to our messages. Airbnb didn’t help. We paid for a place we couldn’t get into and had to find somewhere else to stay. As I’m writing this, my husband has just received a link for us to check out. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Shocking booking process. Avoid at all costs.

The villa was really comfortable, very clean, and beautifully designed. The grounds are lovely, and the interior courtyards with the pool were so pretty. Loved it!

Stay away from this scam! Read all the negative reviews before booking! After a day of stormy weather, we had to cross the country to get to Faro, but because of the situation in the central region we realized it would be impossible to make the journey. At 6 pm, we booked for two adults and two children, aged 7 months and 11 years. I asked for a cot and was told it was no longer possible. We only managed to reach the “apartment” around 11 pm, and to our surprise there was only one bed. Booking support told me I’d have to make up the bed on the sofa. There were only two sheets in the wardrobe, and we were also expected to go outside in the rain to find a blanket in an emergency chest, because the apartment is separate from the rest of the complex. This was with two children, one of them a baby! We refused to stay, and they refused to refund us. Booking went along with it. I filtered for hotels and this came up. It isn’t a hotel, stay away! From what I’ve read, this kind of problem seems to happen repeatedly. It’s awful and nothing like the pictures. They only care about the money. The customer can make the beds, but they won’t refund the booking. Really, stay away!

Everything was great and the location is very good. Just one thing, they could take better care of the area around the pool. The brick there gets dirty and ends up leaving dirt on everything, including the pool itself and the loungers. Be careful where you park, as some areas are residents-only and require a permit.

The apartment is spacious, with a nice living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and an upper floor with two more beds. The decor is attractive and comfortable, and the amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, and good cleaning. Its location in the historic center of Évora makes it a very good option. One drawback was the skylight window, which had no blind. The bedroom started getting light as soon as the sun rose.
