We wished we’d booked more than one night here. The site was quiet, beautifully kept, and laid out nicely, with generous pitches that were clearly marked. The toilets, showers, and washing-up areas were clean and worked well, and the pool and poolside were lovely. We got a warm, helpful welcome on arrival. It was an easy, safe 30-minute walk into Evora, which turned out to be a highlight of our touring trip. We stayed in October 2025 and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Almost €40 for one night for two people, one car, a tent, and electricity made this the most expensive campsite I’ve stayed at so far. The ground was so hard that putting pegs into it was difficult. The pool was the only good part, but it and the pool bar both closed at 7, which meant we had to go out for food. I paid less to stay in Nazaré five minutes from the beach, so this didn’t feel worth the price.

You can walk into town from here, and late checkout was a plus. On the way in, there’s a fantastic Indian restaurant called Jimbu that’s worth visiting if you want something special to eat. At €29 per night, including EHU for two people, I expected more from the pitch and facilities. The pitch was uneven, and the toilet and shower block looked very dated, though at least it was clean.

Some nice pitches are available, and if you can choose, I’d go for one at the back, away from the road. The pool and the bar beside it are lovely. It’s an easy walk to the beautiful historic town. The team were great, friendly, and professional. The facilities are old, but clean, excellent, and everything works.

A quiet site even though it’s close to historic Evora, with friendly staff who speak English. The pitches are large and level, but the ground is hard, so bring rock pegs. There’s no grass, which is to be expected in this very dry part of inland Portugal, and there isn’t much shade. The showers were perfect, and there’s a nice bar and pool.
