Old Evora Hostel

For one night at Old Evora hostel, I thought it was good value and liked the location. The building, kitchen, and bathrooms were clean, and having a free bedroom locker with a key was handy. The staff were friendly and let me store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. A nice hostel stay.

The location makes it easy to get to everything in Evora, and the bus terminal is only a few minutes away. There are lots of places to sit and unwind, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Breakfast was generous too. The front desk service was cheerful and excellent. She went out of her way to find me a good bed so I could rest, and I really appreciated her effort to make guests comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were super clean, and the bed was so comfortable I slept better than I had during the rest of my month of travel. Thanks to the hostel team, it was a pleasure staying with you girls.

Only stayed one night, but the bunk beds were good. For a short trip, this place is fine for the price.

The dorm was comfortable and I felt safe the whole three nights. The bed was comfy, with a handy outlet and locker. There wasn’t a lock on the dorm door, but that didn’t bother me, since the place felt secure. The bathrooms are shared between genders, and that was no problem at all. They were spacious and very clean. A great shutter on the dorm window kept the room really dark, which made sleeping easy. I stayed in a female dorm, and the location was perfect for seeing the sights in èvora. The hostel is spotless, cute in person, and the online photos don’t really do it justice. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The other guests were friendly too, mostly an older crowd.
