Florasol Residence Hotel

Room 902 was spacious and had a perfect view of the sea and the boulevard below, great for people watching. The hotel is really well situated, and the room had wonderfully crisp bedding, a great shower, and a mini-kitchen. The cleaners were excellent, friendly, and never intrusive. I liked the little sign on the door handle that let them know if you were snoozing. Breakfast suited me very well. I especially enjoyed the fresh brown bread and fried eggs, plus oats, pumpkin and chia seeds, and a good selection of fresh fruit. We could eat healthily, which I really appreciated. It was perfect for our needs, and I hope to visit again. Thank you!

The rooms are apartments with a small kitchen area, which is great on holiday if you eat gluten free or have other allergies. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. At breakfast, the kitchen staff had homemade gluten free rolls, so I could have bread with eggs, mushrooms, and tomatoes, as well as fresh fruit and yoghurt.

A quiet hotel in a good location. Most rooms have an ocean view from the bed and the small balcony, which all the rooms have. Our room was quite cold, but there were extra blankets in the cupboard.

The receptionist made this the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked a room shown as fully renovated in the photos, and our booking clearly said it came with a balcony. When we arrived, they tried to blame “Otto Package” for the mistake but couldn't show us any proof. The receptionist ignored our concerns and made no effort to find a solution. The service was extremely unprofessional and the advertising very misleading. If I could give zero stars, I would. Such a terrible hotel.
