I stayed with my family from 16th - 20th of October 2022, and even three years later I still remember this place. Meeting the owner and hearing about the farm and surrounding area made it a lovely family retreat. We had no trouble with the location, though we needed to book an uber; there's also a bus you can take to the centre. The host was very accommodating, and it became a really memorable place for us. I'd love to return, and I'm planning to come back after getting married. I'll certainly be back soon!

Pedro was incredibly kind and professional. He suggested lots of places to visit and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and fully equipped, and if you love nature, you step straight into a beautiful reserve. It's only 10 minutes by car from the centre, with olive trees, friendly horses, buffaloes and countless birds to listen to at night and watch during the day. You can stay on the property and cycle among the salt flats, go horseback riding, play table football or ping pong, or relax by the pool. Living in the countryside here felt like a dream, with Faro, Lagos and Sevilla all in strategic reach. Returning to Faro means returning to Pedro. Thank you, Pedro!

The animals had plenty of space and were clearly well cared for, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were so welcoming, too. I felt a kind of peace here that I’ve never found anywhere else. I’d love to come back.

Emilie and Pedro are such lovely hosts, and the farm itself is beautiful, with horses and cows. We spent three nights here. It’s a handy base for exploring the Algarve, about 3km from Faro. There’s free parking inside and Wi-Fi in every apartment.
