The staff were welcoming and friendly, and speaking English made things much easier. My room was cleaned daily, with towels replaced each time. It was quiet and clean, the facilities were lovely, and there was a nice window and view from the third floor. The two person room was on the small side, with little space at the foot of the beds, but it was big enough for us. There was a desk, wardrobe with hangers, and plenty of charging ports, which was handy when we were out and about. The pool was freezing during my February visit, though it was still nice for cooling off. Breakfast was standard and very reasonably priced. I only tried it on the last day, but enjoyed the plenty of choices. I mostly used the hotel for showers and sleep, with the occasional mid-afternoon break, and it suited what I needed perfectly. It’s about a 40-45 minute walk to the main town, so we usually took an Uber, which was about £4 each way. There’s also a mall about a 15 minute walk away, with lots of food, clothes, and a supermarket with pretty much anything you might need. It stays open quite late. I’d definitely stay here again. For what I paid, I couldn’t fault it. Thanks to the lovely staff.

The room was small, but tidy and clean, and everything worked efficiently. There’s a nice breakfast buffet in the morning, food advertised around the clock, and a decent bar just off the lobby.

The customer service was great, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Rooms are on the small side, but clean and neat. We hadn’t included breakfast when booking, but they let us add it and pay there. There was a good mix of hot and cold food, and the coffee was really tasty. You can eat by the pool in the sun, too. Highly recommend for the convenience.

We stay here at least once a year when flying to or from the UK, because the drive home to the Alentejo can be a lot after a long day. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, a bar that serves food, and even a pool. Continental breakfast starts at 4am. It’s also close to Faro Forum shopping centre, whose food court has a wide choice, from Portuguese to Mexican.

The room was too warm, and the air conditioning didn’t really work, it only blew air. Water also leaked through the shower glass because it wasn’t sealed properly, leaving the floor wet and dangerously slippery. Apart from that, the stay was okay.
