Maria, the owner and manager, made me feel like a valued guest and was welcoming and quick to answer questions. Maria and Anna were also very attentive about keeping the place clean. We spent four nights in a peaceful, spotless, well-equipped apartment with an outdoor patio, full kitchen, washer, WiFi, hot showers, and comfy beds. There’s a rooftop terrace for breakfast or evening drinks, too. The location is hard to beat, with restaurants, grocery shops, attractions, the waterfront, and the bus and train terminals all close by. I’m looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend The Tiles House for a stay in fabulous Faro. Obrigada Maria 💜

The room was clean, and the bus and train station are nearby. Getting here from the airport was easy. Construction next door was really noisy, though thankfully it wasn’t happening every day. The restaurants and bars were amazing, and the locals were so friendly. Thank you, Faro 💕💯💃

Even though we arranged just one night at the last minute, my father and I were welcomed with real warmth and kindness. The modern room and facilities were pleasant and good value. We felt lucky to have stayed and would gladly come back. Thank you, Daniela!!

The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, especially Pedro. They kept finding good ways to sort out any problems and gave us thoughtful advice without expecting anything in return. We had a fantastic stay at this friendly, authentic Portuguese hostel in a central spot. Five stars, and we’ll be back. Definitely the best place to stay in Faro :)
