The bathroom had a disgusting smell, and I found the cleanliness completely unacceptable. From the start, the floor was dirty and there was hair all over the place, even on a pillowcase. I showed the receptionist exactly where it was and complained, but after the cleaner came, the same hairs were still there. She seemed to have trouble seeing them.
