The staff were warm and friendly, and extremely helpful. They helped my mother while she was in her wheelchair.

I really liked my visit. The rooms were nice, very clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The location is good too. The food was acceptable, and the breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner all had tasty variety. Dinner was especially well prepared and varied.

10/10
The service really stood out, the staff were capable, attentive, and five-star. The room was large and had two balconies, and the bathroom was very good. The TV had almost all the channels we usually watch. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but honestly, it was more than enough. Two small points: the room lighting was dim, and the TV shouldn't be positioned above one of the beds.

The beds have good, comfortable mattresses, and the basilica is a 10-minute walk away. The price is reasonable. The hotel feels dated and could use an update. It's fairly clean, but there's a musty smell. Breakfast was very poor, with little choice and low-quality products.
