A window to Lisboa I

Antonio made our day in Lisbon feel like travelling with a friend, not being on a tour. He knows the town and the places he showed us, and even helped me with Portuguese and getting the pronunciation right. He also took us to a wonderful restaurant where he often eats and where lots of locals go. I'm already looking forward to bringing my husband back with Antonio as our guide. I think the two of them would get along, and seeing them connect would be fun. There were three of us on a girls' trip, and Antonio spent the day with us in Sintra. He drove us, handled all the tickets, and made sure we could get in easily. If you want a great Lisbon experience, go with Antonio. For me, it's a 10+++ out of 10.

We've booked Antonio's tours and apartments several times over the past 6 years. He's an exceptionally attentive host, and his tours are private and shaped around what the traveller needs. His modern mini-bus-van seats 8, and he shares a remarkable amount about the region and Portugal's history. The apartments are in Bairro Alto, a lively neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. We'd happily recommend Antonio to anyone visiting Portugal.

We enjoyed our short stay in the first-floor apartment. Antonio was kind, though I hadn't realized he also offers private tours. If you're looking to be right in the middle of a party area, this is a good location.

Small apartment, but it has what you need for a city trip to Lisboa. The beds are comfortable, the hot shower is great, and there was a bottle of Vino Verde and juice ready in the fridge. It's above a bar, but trust me, you don't hear a thing. António really knows how to make people feel welcome, easily a 10+ for that alone. Keep up the good work, I'll definitely come back and book with you.
