We had a fantastic time at this amazing villa with superb conditions. I stayed there with friends from Madeira Island during Rally de Portugal. Ricardo, the owner and host, was fabulous and very friendly, with lots of good humor, like most people in northern Portugal.

Good morning. My husband rented the house last week for a weekend with his colleagues. On Friday the 17th, he called Ricardo, who said he had been cutting trees and branches, and leaves had fallen into the pool, making it unusable. The garden was also off limits because branches were lying on the ground. Ricardo said he would refund the amount paid, including the deposit, on Monday. On Monday the 20th, he returned only the deposit and kept the rest of the payment. I called him, and he started mocking me, saying he didn't own anything. Mr. Ricardo is a cheat, a liar, and a scammer. Be very careful.

Ricardo is such a lovely person, and I’ll definitely come back. The place was wonderful, with everything in perfect condition, and it’s a great spot to unwind and get away from the city.

Ricardo was so helpful, five stars for him. The house has everything you need and a really nice rural feel. I’d definitely recommend it.
