Lago Azul Villa

The restaurant served the best alheira I’d had in a very long time, and the pool area was well served. This is one of the most welcoming places I’ve been to. The blue lake view is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting still has plenty of options for fun alone or with family. I loved the decor and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a generous choice of food at the free breakfast. The staff were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and professional, with a real focus on guests. It’s a lovely little hideaway, and not expensive. I highly recommend it!

The pool has one of the best views I’ve probably seen at a hotel. Our villa was spotless and well equipped, and Vera and Jaime were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the place!

There’s a great viewpoint at the top of the hill for photos, and the spot is definitely worth a visit. It’s good for swimming, especially with kids. There’s a small pool for babies and another for adults, plus average facilities nearby, including a coffee shop and lifeguards. The sandy area is very narrow and small, so it won’t fit many people. When I went, it wasn’t busy, so I could leave my beach towel in the shade, which suited me perfectly. The water was around 20 degrees.

We spent nine days in this peaceful, beautiful villa overlooking the lake. The pool was fabulous, and we really didn’t want to leave.
