Madeira Gems Apartments felt like a calm little hideaway in the city, and the location was ideal. The modern apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. The service was amazing too. We loved staying here and would come back for sure.

At Madeira Gems, the welcome felt warm from the start, and everything was presented with care. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff, taking time to answer our questions and make sure things went smoothly. It offers a distinctive, authentic taste of the island’s charm, whether it’s your first visit or you already know Madeira. I’d recommend it for the quality, genuine hospitality, and memorable experience.

The two bedrooms were spacious, and the terrace was a lovely place to sit after a day wandering around Funchal. It’s behind the park, with everything within walking distance. Check-in was super friendly, thank you! Also great to have services like the pool at the place next door.

Right in central Funchal, Madeira Gems Apartaments was a great place for our holiday. The rooms were lovely, the terrace was big, and the whole place felt cozy. It’s really close to the sea and all the restaurants. I’d definitely recommend it for a Madeira trip!

The location is hard to beat, right downtown in Funchal, with cafes and restaurants nearby and a lovely square or park across the street. The apartment felt recently renovated, and the beds were comfortable. It had all the appliances and basics we needed for a short stay. The hotel staff were super friendly and easy to reach. We had a problem with the hot water, and they fixed it very quickly. Kudos to Cesar and everyone at the front desk.
