Carlos, Thiago, and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. We spent a week here for the Ultra Blue Azores trail run, and the location was perfect. Our room was really comfortable, with amazing beds, a view of Pico, and thoughtful touches like Bluetooth speakers and a well equipped kitchenette. We loved our stay and will be back for next year's race.

Everything runs on codes instead of keys, so the hotel is very automated. I think it suits self sufficient guests staying for longer. We had a lovely night's sleep before heading on, and Thiago deserves a special thank you. The location was perfect.

We meant to stay one night, but came back for another because we couldn't find anything comparable. The comfort was excellent, everything felt new and well maintained, and the staff were caring and very helpful. I also liked the hotel's modern approach, with direct support over WhatsApp and mobile payment options.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the gentleman gave first class service. He also had great suggestions for food and walks. The apartment style hotel has a balcony overlooking the bay, plus a full kitchen, kettle, TV, air conditioning, elevator, and a hot shower with great pressure. Bluetooth music too. Highly recommend!

The location is great, and the staff are kind, friendly, and always helpful. It's super comfortable, very clean, and such a lovely place to stay. For me, it's the best in Horta and the whole Azores. I'll definitely be back soon!
