The price was very reasonable, and the hosts were friendly and quick to respond to email. The hostel was fairly clean and somewhat comfortable. I couldn’t find a good common space to meet people, though I may have realized only on the day I left that the downstairs area had a separate street entrance.

The interior isn’t very up to date, but we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The two guys were courteous and always tried to help if anything came up. A lovely, cheap place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

It wasn’t clean enough.

A month before my trip, the place cancelled the shared room I’d booked and paid for nearly three months earlier, without giving any explanation. I’m still not sure what happened, but I’m very dissatisfied with how little commitment they showed.
