Casa da Fonte Quente

The washing machine was the one problem. It wasn’t usable during our two-night stay, and the screen kept showing errors even though the landlord said it was working normally. When we found the issue at 9 PM, the landlord arrived about 20 minutes later to check it. It added only around 30 cc of water, apparently for dry cleaning, then after waiting 20 minutes the landlord insisted the cycle was finished. The clothes were still smelly, with detergent only seeping in. They were dry, but the landlord said they had been spun dry. This wasn’t properly resolved. Everything else was excellent. The apartment is spacious, bright, and comfortable, about 100 square meters with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kitchen and tableware, a coffee machine, tea bags, and capsule coffee, though there were no condiments. The landlord is very nice and responds instantly on WhatsApp if anything comes up. At check-in, the master bedroom blinds weren’t working, and someone was sent right away to fix them.
