The staff are helpful, and the neighborhood is good, though the apartment sits at the top of a hill with plenty going on down below. It's an adequate two-bedroom place with two bathrooms and a small open kitchen, nothing special. The WiFi works but is slow. With two showers, only one person can shower at a time if you want enough hot water. I'd put it at about 3.5.

At Ex Libris, we got hotel-style service along with the room of an Airbnb. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Each morning they brought fresh bread and pastries to our room, and the fruit tray was a lovely extra. The location was convenient too. I totally recommend it for families.

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was well provided, with fresh bread and bakery items delivered every morning. We were surprised and really touched by the birthday cake. We were traveling with our 4-month-old, and they had a cot and baby bath ready on arrival, which we appreciated so much. Highly recommend, and we'd love to stay again if we're ever back in Lisbon.

We had a really easy time getting around from this central spot, with metro and train stations close by and plenty of places to eat nearby. Time Out Market was about a 10-minute walk. The apartment was spacious and great, and they brought fresh bread each day, with refills of things like eggs, fruit, and oat milk available. They also had a cot for our 2-year-old. The staff were welcoming and the service was great. No complaints from us.

The location made it easy to reach the metro, train stations, and lots of sights on foot, though Lisbon's hills make comfortable shoes a good idea. We stayed in a roomy one-bedroom on the fourth floor, with a modern kitchen stocked for cooking, even little bottles of olive oil and packets of salt and pepper. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We were happy with our choice and would recommend it, though on our last day they didn't provide the dark bread I'd requested.
