The staff were all so nice, and I really liked that. My stay was very good. One small suggestion for the ladies: could the bathroom have better lighting for makeup? Maybe mirrors with lights would do the trick 😊

We had an awful night because the room barely blocked any sound. Ours had a connecting door to the room next door. It was shut and locked, but we could still hear people talking, singing, and packing. After we’d fallen asleep, their party woke us in the middle of the night. We complained to reception, but the noise problem continued because the room itself has such poor soundproofing. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here, no matter how cheap it is compared with other hotels.

The room was far below what I expected for the price: I was put in an attic room with no windows, poor ventilation, and a damp, unpleasant smell. It felt humid and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Getting there was also a hassle. The elevator was extremely slow and crowded, and I often waited up to 20 minutes, especially frustrating after a long day or with luggage. I also paid more than the advertised final price. My booking confirmation said taxes and charges were included, but at check-in I was required to pay an additional municipal tax that hadn’t been clearly disclosed in advance. Overall, what I paid didn’t match the room, service, or booking information. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless its pricing and room conditions improve significantly.

The location made a short stay in Lisbon convenient, with public transport and restaurants nearby and a supermarket right next door for quick shopping. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and fresh choices. The hotel is clean and functional, though the older design could use some updating. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was tidy and comfortable, but the decor felt dated. There was a slight smell in the corridor, and the elevator was noisy. A decent place with good service, though ventilation and renovation could be better.
