The 7 Hotel

I’d happily come back for the convenient location and the nice room. Mine had a city view, which I really liked and thought was worth booking. The hotel is well placed for getting around to many parts of the city. Just remember to pack your own toothbrush, bottled water, and slippers, as those weren’t provided.

They let me leave my luggage before check-in, which was helpful. The hotel is right in the city center, around a five-minute walk from the Arc and the commerce plaza. My room was modern and did a surprisingly good job blocking outside noise. It was a good size for one person, though two might find it cramped. I’d stay again.

I was very disappointed. Workers spent the whole day cleaning the roof, right above the window in my bathroom. Dirt fell through the window into the bathroom, and the workers were right there around it. The bathroom ended up being dirty and useless. That’s not the service I paid for.

We were at Hotel 7 in Lisbon on November 15 and 16, and the stay was extremely disappointing. My wife got multiple bed bug bites, and we have clear video proof. We told management, but nothing was done. The manager blamed us and said we had brought them, which was both unacceptable and unprofessional. For this price and location, we expected basic hygiene, accountability, and customer service. Hotel 7 fell short on all of those. We can't recommend it unless management takes responsibility and addresses these serious problems.
