The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and it's a good location if you don't have a car. Parking nearby is very difficult, though, and the toilets are shared.

The bathroom was already dirty before it had been used, and the place was extremely noisy. People were checking in loudly at midnight, with no consideration from the host. The host was unpleasant and not very friendly. We asked to leave our luggage at reception since check-in wasn't until 4pm, and they charged us 5€ for that. What a joke. We stayed one night and won't be back.

The bathroom smell was unimaginable, and the bed was only 20 cm from its door. One guy came that night and saw how awful it was, but couldn't help us find somewhere else to sleep. We didn't sleep all night and had to keep the window open for fresh air, even though it was cold. In the morning we chased them again to move us to another room for the second night. Nobody seemed to know anything, and they were rude and told us to call Christina, who didn't answer. We then had to chase them again to get our money back for that horrible night. Please don't book this place. They were very rude.

We had a great stay. The service manager helped us with everything, and everything was very good.
