What stood out most was the service. Everyone was super friendly and always ready to help make the stay more comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood, near restaurants and sightseeing, and only a couple of minutes' walk from the river. The rooms are really spacious, with beautiful design and lots of attention to detail. The amenities were excellent, including a good breakfast and amazing fitness and spa facilities. Best hotel I've been to in a while. I'd definitely come back just to stay here.

The staff were extremely professional, friendly and attentive to detail. They were gracious, polite and helpful, and went out of their way to look after us. The hotel's rooftop bar has the best view of the castle and city, and the spa level with heated pool was exceptional. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with the amenities we like, including a Dyson hair dryer and Guerlain products. This beautiful hotel opened last October, and sits in the best area of Lisboa, with great restaurants just a block away. Five stars across the board!

We came to the rooftop bar just for drinks and appetizers. Julia at the front desk greeted us and went above and beyond from our first interaction. She made room for us and personally made sure we had a flawless, beautiful experience. It's a lovely rooftop bar. Thank you, Julia!

If you like feeling looked after and well serviced for a good price, this is the place. It's a modern hotel in a good way, with amazing amenities like a gym, sauna, indoor pool and rooftop, plus the traditional, homely feel of a European hotel. Everything you need is about a 10-minute walk away. This is going to be the best hotel in Lisbon.

My favorite hotel in Lisbon. It's new, so don't be alarmed by the lack of reviews. Everything feels super fresh, and the team is magnificent, friendly and extremely welcoming. Skip the traditional hotel chain and go here without hesitation.
