The customer service was awful, and they barely answered calls. They took the municipal tax without asking and said it was to "confirm the reserve." It felt like the place was just a front to take people's money. Be very careful about making a reservation here, if you decide to consider it at all.

For just one night, if all you need is a bed and a shower, this place is passable. It's cheap, but not much of a hostel: the kitchen had only a microwave and cooker, with no pans or kettle, and I wasn't given a locker.

There was no hot water when we tried the shower. The woman at reception didn't speak English, and at midnight they shut the door and wouldn't give us keys to get back in. Really bad.

The bathroom was in bad shape, with a broken sink and a shower head held together with wire. People were talking and moving around loudly all night. I can't recommend it.

The place was generally clean, but the service wasn't good. I paid for a private bathroom and didn't get one because of the arrogant staff.
