The roof terrace is great, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. The place was super clean, the staff very nice, and breakfast was good for an extra fee. The neighbourhood is improving, and it's close to everything, though the climb from the metro is steep. I'd give it five stars if they fixed the sidewalk outside the front door.

The location is good and everything was clean, so it was okay for the price. But the rooms are extremely tiny, and you can hear all the street noise. The photos don't necessarily show what it's really like. The rooftop terrace is pleasant, though drinks aren't provided. We ate breakfast elsewhere because the price seemed too high for the basic spread: prefab juice, bread, ham, cheese, and jam.

A fully equipped kitchen was there for all guests to use, and the roof terrace was lovely, with tables and sun loungers. There's no pool, despite what the details say. The rooms are smart, modern, and very clean, and it was surprisingly quiet for a city location.

The mattress was really hard, too hard for my weight, and I woke up with back pain. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the staff polite and helpful, and the place is cosy and close to the city's good spots. Breakfast was okay, and for a guest house rather than a hotel, quite good. Anyone wanting a huge breakfast with lots of choice should go to a hotel.
