The room was lovely and clean, with a quirky style, a good private bathroom, and access to shared kitchen and living room facilities. The owner was friendly and very helpful. It's a residential property without a reception, but I could get in touch with the owner easily. The location is great, near public transport, shops, and restaurants. The trams are very loud when they pass, which happens often during the day. We got used to it quickly, and noise didn't bother us, so it didn't affect our stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

There’s no elevator, and the rooms are on the third floor. The staff were friendly, the rooms nicely decorated, and each had a small bathroom. The location is excellent, right in the historic centre. But when the metro passes, the whole building and its windows vibrate. It runs from 6 am to 1 am, leaving only about five hours of quiet.
