The photos made the place look decent, but arriving was a different story. Everything was very dirty and low quality, and the owner seemed to care only about money. A really bad place, don't go there.

We enjoyed staying here, though the street noise could be a problem if you're easily disturbed.

When you don't know the city, it's really important that someone answers the phone, and he always did. He only speaks English, though.

The staff make you feel right at home, and the hospitality is great. Best place in Lisbon, highly recommend it.

The location works really well for getting around by train, bus, or taxi. The staff were very, very helpful too.
