A pretty fountain is nearby, and there are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance that don't feel overrated. The room was clean and the price reasonable, with the metro close by. Nights could be noisy from the busy road, and the rooms aren't soundproof. The room safe didn't work, but the staff offered to help and I could leave my laptop safely at reception.

The manager brought us a fridge and microwave when we asked, which we appreciated. The room was a little small but fine, though the bathroom could use floor mats. The location works well for tourists and locals, with the metro right in front and two huge parks nearby. There's no breakfast, but a padaria is right beside the hotel.

The room was simple, clean, comfortable and really nice, and the staff were both professional and friendly. The metro is just downstairs, with shops and restaurants right nearby. The only thing that bothered us was a smell that sometimes came from the bathroom after using the sink. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

Handy for the metro and a nice place to stay in the city. The rooms are tidy and clean, but there's no little fridge or kettle. Nights get much too noisy.

Our beds were comfortable, and each room had a nice balcony with a great view. Still, it felt quite overpriced for what you get. The location is reasonably good, about a 30-minute walk downhill to the city center and a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. There were exposed wires in the shower cubicle, and the staff hadn't fixed them more than 12 hours after we reported the issue. They did upgrade our room to make up for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
