The central location is handy: Cais do Sodré station is just a 2-3 minute walk away for trains and the metro, and there's a Pingo Doce supermarket there too. The apartment is nice, but it sits right above a busy street full of restaurants and bars. On weekends it was VERY noisy until at least 2 a.m. We could still hear the buzz through our earplugs, so it's not for light sleepers.

A nice apartment and a great base for exploring Lisbon.

The wooden floors were nice, but there was only a fan and the heat was a problem. With the doors open, we could hear noise from the neighboring bars. The photos on the booking sites don't reflect what's there: the kitchen, fridge, living room, washing machine and so on are in shared areas. Still, there were positives, and I'd go again.
