I booked in February 2018, but the host gave me the wrong address and phone number. The €39 cleaning fee wasn’t mentioned, and I never got any money back. He wouldn’t try to reach a compromise, which left me very upset. Lisbon is such a nice, friendly city, apart from this place. I can’t recommend it. =(

On a quiet street, this quirky, adorable apartment has an outstanding view. The location is wonderful, and the service was excellent. I’d highly recommend it.

We had to leave and find another hotel because the bedroom walls were so moldy, and the apartment smelled musty as soon as we opened the door. With our asthma, staying there just wasn’t possible. When they confirmed we’d booked directly on their website, rather than through Airbnb or Booking.com, they offered no compensation. It’s outrageous. The photos are also incredibly misleading: the apartment is tiny, and an alcove covers half the bed, so you can’t sit up.
