Altis Prata Suites

I was there for two nights and loved it. The hotel felt new, was clean, and had the latest technology. It’s also in a good location, and the staff were lovely, gentle, and always around when needed. If I come back to Lisbon, I’ll stay here again. Five stars don’t feel like enough.

We were welcomed with a fresh loaf of bread on our first morning, a nice touch. The rooms are large and modern, with renovations, a washer and dryer, and even a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s an elevator too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location worked well for us, with a quick walk to restaurants, tourist spots, shops, and the water. The front desk staff were consistently polite, respectful, and helpful, and they quickly sorted the few minor problems we had. They stored our bags and brought them up once the room was ready, and called us a taxi to the airport that arrived on time. We also got a larger room so our daughter could stay with us on the fold-out couch, though there were no sheets for it. The windows were good, the shower was great, and the towels, robe, and slippers were nice. The kitchen had all the dishes and tableware we needed, plus olive oil, honey, water in the fridge, a microwave, coffee pods, and an espresso machine. They gave us a loaf of bread the first morning too. The small lounge had nice furniture and a pod espresso machine, but there weren’t any pods available while we were there. A few things to fix: with three people in a room, we needed three towels, and one day they didn’t leave enough toilet paper. I’d still recommend staying here.

The restaurants are close by, and the place is newly furnished in an excellent location. The caretakers were friendly too. On my second day, I received a loaf of freshly baked bread as a welcome gift. How lovely!
