From check-in right through to the staff helping put our bags in the Uber trunk, everything went smoothly. Every staff member was awesome, and the rooms were quiet, spotless, and amazing. The location was perfect. We had a wonderful four-night stay, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.

The service really made this three-night break. Staff found chances to go beyond what we expected, from the requests I emailed before arriving to the ride back to the airport. The included breakfast was excellent, with tasty cooked options, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The intense colours in the corridors and bedrooms might take you by surprise. Brilliant place.

Art Legacy Hotel has real character and heart, and it doesn’t feel like a purely commercial hotel. Natalie’s free walking tour was a lovely extra and really memorable. The rooms are a little snug if you’ve got large luggage, but that’s a small trade-off. Staff were warm and attentive, the interior is stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. I’ll definitely return on my next Lisbon trip. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredible and helped with everything we needed. They even arranged for someone to take the luggage we’d left behind to our next hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to almost everything. This was the perfect hotel in Lisbon, and the best one we’ve stayed at.

The design throughout was beautiful and well kept, from the rooms and hallways to the rest of the hotel. Everything felt clean, elegant, and thoughtfully arranged. Staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a good atmosphere alongside such good service. I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
