Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very nice. The location is great, and the room was comfortable despite having no AC. There was a fan without a front grill. Since it was 20C at night, we managed to sleep, but with global warming upon us, we need AC. The bathroom wasn't acceptable. It smelled strongly of mildew, wasn't ensuite, and meant walking down the hall and descending into a damp cave. It needs an exhaust fan. This is okay as a heavily discounted option, but expect some discomfort.

Isabel made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast, and the location is great. We'd definitely recommend the place.

The host was super friendly and informative, and the entry and check-in instructions were clear, even with our late flight. The location was ideal for us, within walking distance of bairro alto and plenty of restaurants and bars on the riverfront. It's listed as having parking, but there was nothing reserved, so we had to park locally. There was no AC, and keeping the windows open for fresh air let in street noise.

The rooms were nice, with plenty of space for our one-year-old to crawl around. Breakfast was simple, but being able to make your own eggs was a nice option. Communication worked really well, and the location was perfect for exploring central Lisbon.

4/10
Breakfast was a bright spot, with fresh juice and really fresh bread, and the room itself was very clean. But it was hot without AC, and the old mattress had springs I could feel against my back, so I slept poorly. The curtains let early light through, too. I chose the place for its central location and parking, but it turned out to be street parking only. Caterina was helpful with directions, though I still spent time driving around at 11pm looking for a spot. The busy road made the room noisy.
