Good value for what I wanted to pay, and the room was clean and tidy. It had a heater, nice towels and pillows, plus useful things like a shower, refrigerator, microwave, sink, kitchen utensils, and plates. The place was quiet and calm, a good spot to relax at night, and near bus and train stations. I loved the stay. My room was on the third floor, so there's no elevator and you have to work those legs.
We'd agreed on an evening check-in and arrived on time, but nobody was there. The owner said he was busy and would come in an hour, which we accepted. We returned as agreed and still no one showed up. He then said he'd be late again, and we couldn't accept that since it was already after 9 PM and our flight left at 4 am. He was very rude and told us to find somewhere else. I've never had this kind of treatment before. Avoid this place!
The room was freezing, and all I got was a small window in a small room. I’d booked a studio with a balcony and a television, so this was a huge letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re going to Lisbon, spend a little extra on a hotel and don’t let this place spoil your holiday 😝
The first floor was badly finished.
