Housekeeping did a great job every day, and our room was exceptionally clean. It was spacious enough and well equipped. I'd happily come back.

Lisbon Downtown Inn is right in the centre, with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants around. Our room was modern, cozy, and very clean, with everything we needed. They brought fresh water and cleaned each day, and the coffee and cool hairdryer were nice touches. The price felt very fair for the quality. Vanda was an attentive, friendly host. Thanks for the hospitality and recommendations! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here.

You can walk all over the city from this very central spot, which made it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Vanda was a wonderful host, always available with information and restaurant or sightseeing suggestions, and she did her best to accommodate requests. Lisbon Downtown Inn is a great way to enjoy the city.

We politely asked for their email address so we could complete our Schengen visa application, and explained why we needed it. She replied, “oh my god, I wont share my email adress with you, and I wont let you stay on my hotel.” It felt very rude and, in some way, racist. If you're running a proper business, you should have an email address in 2025. They have no website or email address, and the customer service was no help. Don't stay at this dodgy place.

The room was clean, and the staff were amazingly kind. We got complimentary chocolate and a full bottle of mineral water every day. It's very central, with easy access to public transport. Highly recommended.
