The building is absolutely beautiful, and everything was very clean. We had two rooms, one with its own bathroom and the other with a shared bathroom across the hall. The hostess was around all the time, warmly greeted us, and always took a moment to chat when we came or went.

The location’s in an uptown area that’s a bit boring, but getting downtown was easy because taxis are so cheap. There’s also a little cafe downstairs with cute pastries for lunch. We had a really nice stay for the money, in a clean, cute room that was pretty much ensuite. Lina, the house maid, was always there to let us in and out, even after we’d been clubbing all night.

The room looked brand new, and when we came back after running errands it was just as clean as on our first night. My husband and I both love how comfortable the bed is, and there’s a great view from the windows. The building has loads of charm, with stunning ceilings and a cool old-fashioned lift. The owner was sweet and welcoming too. I’d definitely recommend it, 10/10 for a clean room.

The old building has a lovely atmosphere, and everything felt charming, fresh, and clean. My boyfriend and I had a really pleasant visit, especially thanks to one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. A genuinely lovely place to stay when visiting Lisbon. Strongly recommend.

Sra Lina was so helpful at any hour, day or night, and made it feel like staying with family. The place was clean and convenient, really close to the metro at Marques de Pombal. I’d recommend it 100%.
