Bring earplugs and sleeping pills if you stay here. It might suit people who want to party at night and sleep during the day, but for anything else I’d go elsewhere. There’s no air conditioning, and in summer it’s impossible to sleep before 5 a.m. The apartment itself is fine, but I’m sure Lisbon has thousands of other places where you can get a good night’s sleep.

Chiado is right nearby, and the apartment is centrally located, so it’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. There are great restaurants and bars around too. I loved the exceptional decor, and we’ll be back.

The apartments are comfortable and the reception is really good. The neighbors can keep you awake, but that's part of the neighborhood. I'd come back.
