The room rental was clean and right in the center. This is just my personal experience, but the workers weren’t the best. We asked several times for them not to enter our room, yet we found the door open with another key in the lock. The kitchen was small, and people came in every day, sometimes for a few hours at night. There was no bill.

You can get into the city center quickly from the metro, which is 500m away. This might be a place for summer, but not winter. There was no heating, and the 500-watt heater they lent us wasn’t enough for a room that size. The towels wouldn’t dry and smelled bad. Typical of a Spanish hostel.

It’s a three-bedroom apartment, and there was no light in the stairwell when we arrived. There’s no TV in the room or breakfast, and they don’t replace the bath towels or change the sheets every day. If you need anything, there’s nobody to ask. I felt uncomfortable sharing the toilet and shower with strangers. For the treatment you get, it isn’t cheap. I won’t stay there again.

I had a really cozy room with its own balcony, and it was very comfortable. The whole place was spotless. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, though I never crossed paths with anyone, so they still felt pretty private.

The neighborhood felt safe, and the city center wasn't far away. It's also reasonably close to a metro stop, which made it a handy base for seeing Lisbon. The bedroom has a double bed, while the kitchen and living room are shared.
