Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, a lovely way to start the day. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The service felt personal as well as professional. Everything was excellent, and I’d gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

Facundo at the front desk was wonderful. He gave us a map with helpful sightseeing tips, and the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and nice. The hotel is also in a great central spot. But we slept terribly because guests can’t adjust the room temperature themselves. The website and travel portals list “air conditioning,” but they don’t explain that the central HVAC is controlled by the hotel, which decides whether heating or cooling runs, or turns it off. Our room couldn’t go below 23°C/74°F, and we were far too hot to sleep most nights. We opened the window despite construction noise and traffic, requested a fan, took sleep medication, and were given sheets instead of a comforter on our last day. These workarounds shouldn’t be needed in a hotel. If we’d known we couldn’t control the AC in our room, we wouldn’t have booked here.

Cyril and Carlos were top-notch. We had a small problem with the booking date, and the team gave it their full attention and kept trying to sort it out for us. They made us feel welcome and cared for, and we’re really looking forward to our stay at this boutique hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely views, and the location was prime. Even with the heat, the room cooled down nicely by evening. The staff were kind, explained the area well, offered complimentary drinks when we arrived, and checked that everything was going smoothly. What a charming little hotel, we’d definitely recommend it to visitors!
