The morning breakfast was a lovely extra, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. This cozy, chic little hotel is right in the heart of Lisbon, with everything walkable. My room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless, and the facilities were just as well kept. I'd stay again.

Joao was especially welcoming, enthusiastic, and happy to answer all my questions. The staff were very friendly in general. I shared a good-sized room with my partner, and the bed was good. Breakfast choices were better than at most places like this.

I had two nights here, staying in two different rooms. Both were comfortable, clean, and looked after well, with consistent, good-quality housekeeping. Reception staff were welcoming and professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a very good stay and would recommend the hotel. I only just realized I'd forgotten to leave this feedback on Booking.com earlier.

It was a comfortable, nice stay. The place isn't very central, but it's on major transit routes, so it's easy to get where you need to go. The staff were friendly and considerate, the WiFi was reliable, and it was quiet. Outlets were beside the bed, and the beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was included, with pastries, ham, cheese, a panini press, fruit, and different juices. The towels were thin but soft and clean. I didn't see a heater unplugged. The shower has a very small stream, and pressure drops when other people are showering, then gets stronger again. There were some misunderstandings about options on third-party platforms, which the staff kindly fixed in person.
