Our stay was the worst of many on our recent trip. It was hot and loud, and the place felt run-down and poor. The fourth floor is reached by nearly 100 steep, unstable steps, and you can’t even stop your car to load or unload. Don’t trust the bookingdotcom ratings, they simply don’t publish the bad ones like mine.

The team were so friendly, and the apartment was spotless, with lovely rooms and elegant decor throughout. It’s in a great location, and the bed was really comfortable too. We’ll definitely come back whenever we’re in Lisboa.
