The location gets 4/5: very central and ideal, though it sits on a bit of a steep hill. Cleanliness was 3/5. It was satisfactory overall, but some spots needed a more thorough clean. Customer service gets 5/5, as they were responsive and helpful. For a week or so, I’d call the stay satisfactory. The space was good enough for sleeping and washing. There was a smell from the bathroom hand basin, but closing its drain when it wasn’t in use stopped it completely. The room even smelled pleasant when we got back for the day. No problem 🤭
