We stayed for one night. The staff were very helpful, and it was very clean. It's basic, but there is a lift, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The room has no safe or tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom's full-length window is only covered with opaque glass, without a blind or curtain, and the bedroom curtain doesn't do the job either. I wouldn't call it an inn, guesthouse, or hostel. Doesn't a hostel have a shared kitchen?

The rooms are tiny for what they cost, and the service was poor. Sara refused to give me an invoice for my stay. The location is central, but this part of town isn't considered safe after hours. Three people attacked our Uber driver outside. Terrible accommodation. Find somewhere in a safer area.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the place feels high tech, though it's a little pricier than nearby properties. You're right in the tourist area, close enough to walk to Rossio Square, the old City, pink street, restaurants, bakeries, and groceries. Good location, and you can feel the city's real vibe here.

In the famous area of Alfama, the location was lovely. The room was comfortable, cleaned nicely every day, and the staff were kind and attentive.
