All week there was drilling and grinding from construction in the next room. Apart from that, the room was good and the location was the best.

We stayed in May and would happily recommend it. The apartments are spotless, spacious, and quiet. The location's great too, with most sights walkable or just a short, cheap taxi ride away.

8/10
The apartments are recently refurbished and fairly well equipped, as well as very well located. Sebastiao, who handles customer relations, is helpful, dedicated, and very nice. He did a lot to make us happy with our stay.

4/10
The location is the one thing going for this place, but getting there means climbing an extremely steep 700m hill, like going up a ladder. The apartment is filthy despite the cleaning fee, and it's strange that there's no microwave. Pretty much an overpriced dump.

The second-floor apartment has plenty of room, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it's equipped well. Its Lisbon location also makes it easy for tourists to get around to the main sights.
