Breakfast was fine, and the staff were helpful. We could leave our bags after checkout until it was time for our flight, which was handy. The rooftop is worth a visit too. It's a little way from the very center, though if you're traveling with at least three people, Uber is a good way to get around. If you're expecting a lot, this place might not be for you, but I thought it was okay for the price.

We chose this hotel because it isn't right in the city center and we wanted somewhere quieter. The rooms were very good and spotless, and breakfast had a really complete selection. Every staff member was kind and the service was excellent. We'll definitely come back. Thanks so much!

We spent a week here and had a fantastic time. The staff were kind, spoke English and were always ready to help. Each morning's breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty to choose from. There are two metro stations nearby, Alameda and Olaias, so it's easy to get around, and the rooftop canteen has a great view. For the price, this is great value. I'd happily recommend it.

The location wasn't great, and the Wi-Fi was poor. Some of the equipment in the room didn't work, and the sheets were dirty. General cleanliness was lacking. Both of our rooms had lots of black mold, and its sour smell was overwhelming. The hallways smelled of it too.

I stayed here April 24 to 29 and really liked it. It was clean, the service was good, and there was a lovely view. The restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I felt the hotel deserved three or four stars. But I still haven't got my 50 euro deposit back, and it's May 16 now. I called and emailed, and they said they'd look into it, but this is taking too long. Make sure your deposit is returned.
