The rooms are nice, but the location is really far out.

Getting the key was very convenient, and the furnishings and facilities looked good, just like the photos. The neighborhood is pleasant, with a supermarket two blocks away and a few small restaurants nearby, though central Lisbon is more than 2 km uphill. I booked for three people, but there were only two chairs and utensils for two. This was also the only place out of the seven cities I visited that charged the tourist tax separately.

The apartment is roomy and nicely decorated, with lots of daylight from the large living room windows. It has two air conditioning units and most of the utensils you need, plus a hairdryer, though there isn't a coffee maker. Because the apartment is large and only the living room gets light, it felt chilly and took a while to warm up, especially the bathroom. The staff were welcoming, flexible about our check-in time, and gave us recommendations and parking information. We found a space close by in the blue zone. Parking in Lisbon is paid throughout the city: one lot costs €3 a day, and the other options are blue or green zones. We had to renew the ticket every four hours. We tried an app, but its confirmation message never came through. If you're coming from Spain, enter 0034 before your mobile number when the app asks for a phone number. The area is quiet and nice, with several supermarkets nearby. It's about a 30-minute walk from the center, but close to the cathedral, Estela Park, and its ducks and old trees. Being near tram 28, the main tourist tram line, helps make up for the distance.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well located, with a kitchen full of appliances, including a coffee machine. Sandra welcomed us, shared all the information we needed, and made us feel special. We'd recommend it.
